Joseph was purchased by Potiphar, a powerful Egyptian who put him in control of his household. But In the middle of what began to be good fortune for Joseph, Potiphar's better half attempted to seduce him. When he refused her advances, she charged him of making an attempt to rape her, and Joseph was thrown back in prison, though he hadn't done anything wrong.
How did Joseph keep his sanity? How did he keep from becoming irritated at God and crammed with hate in the insane, unstable world he was living in?
One reason I suspect Joseph had emotional stability was because regardless of what occurred to him, he kept his eyes on the Lord and refused to get sour. When his bros sold him into slavery, he did not get sour. When he was thrown into jail for a crime he did not commit, he didn't get bitter.
The Lord related in Romans 12:19, revenge is mine ; I will repay. Why? Because he's the just one who can absorb the punishment that vengeance brings. Joseph understood that, and he did not waste his time trying to get even with his enemies.

no matter what folks did to Joseph, he just kept moving forward with The Lord God. I suspect he knew God had a purpose for his life, and he trusted Him to turn what the demon intended for his harm into his eventual good.
Jesus failed to leave us without hope. Due to His resurrection, those things in our lives that have to be healed can be raised up by His supernatural power.
This is the time of the year when flowers are blooming and trees are starting to bud, but infrequently everything isn't coming up roses for me and you, personally. All around us people are celebrating the Easter season-Jesus' going to the Cross so we would be able to have abundant, never-ending life. But we may not feel very similar to celebrating if we're going through a struggle or loss.
Being a Christian doesn't mean everything is always going to go smoothly for us. Jesus Himself told us in John 16:33 that while we are in this world, we'll have issues and difficulty. Often tough things happen-sickness strikes, or there could be a tragedy or a death. Our family has experienced stuff like that and I know you have, too.
